Refund policy

Returns within 30 days — all customers

If a piece is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged.

Damaged in transit. Send us a photograph within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. No return required.

Not returnable. Pieces made to order or personalised at your request.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned piece reaching us. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

European Union consumers — statutory right of withdrawal

This section applies only to consumers resident in a European Union member state.

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to paulpeng1989@gmail.com — for example, "I wish to withdraw from the purchase of the following goods…". You may use the model form at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where this is justified on health protection or hygiene grounds.

Whichever is better for you applies. Our 30-day return policy is wider than the statutory 14-day right. EU customers may rely on either.
