Shipping policy

Every piece is made or packed to order and leaves the workshop within 3–5 working days.

Shipping is charged by weight and region:

Free shipping on orders over $150 USD (Hong Kong & Macao over $98 USD).

Transit usually takes 7–21 days depending on destination. Every parcel is tracked.

Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare the full value on customs forms.

If a parcel is held by customs, we will send the documentation you need — but we cannot release it on your behalf.
